[cheesy broccoli soup]

Mmm....soup. :-)



  1. In a large saucepan, combine the first 6 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes or until veggies are tender.
  2. Meanwhile, in a separate saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Reduce heat and add cheese.
  3. Cook and stir until cheese is melted.
  4. Drain veggies and combine with cheese sauce until heated through.

Note: How can you not love a soup with Velveeta in it? :-)
