[deviled eggs]

Super easy, but super tasty!

Note: This is another "no measurements, so just ballpark it!" recipes. Depends on how much you want to make. :-)



  1. Cook eggs for 12 minutes, until hard-cooked.
  2. Immediately rinse in *cold* water and lightly crack one end to let in some oxygen. Let cool.
  3. Peel eggs and cut in half.
  4. Remove egg yolks and mash with mayonnaise and horseradish sauce until creamy.
  5. Spoon mixture back until egg whites.
  6. Top with pepper or paprika.

Note: I tend not to use much horseradish, but add as much as you like. I also prefer seasoned pepper to paprika, myself. And the trick to non-black eggs is the slight crack and the cold water. Thanks, Mum!
