[macaroni tuna casserole]
Comfort food deluxe! :-)
Note: Everyone has their own version
of this recipe...this just happens to be the one I like best. :-)
Ingredients:
- 1 package of macaroni and cheese
(I like Velveeta's for this - creamy!)
- 1 can of cream of celery soup,
undiluted
- 1 can (6 oz) tuna, drained and
flakes
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Prepare mac and cheese as normal.
- Stir in soup, tuna and milk.
- Pour into a greased casserole
dish, and sprinkle liberally with cheese.
- Bake uncovered at 350° for
20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Note: You can also chuck in parsley,
chopped onion or mushrooms. Whatever you like - but I find the key is the
mega-amount of cheese. :-)
