Hi, my name is Marissa, and I love
all things pizza. ;-)
Note: This is another "no
measurements, so just ballpark it!" recipe. Depends on how much you want
to make. :-)
- 1 tube of crescent rolls
- pizza sauce
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- Whatever toppings you like -
I usually add pepperoni, mushrooms, and onions
- Pull apart crescent rolls and
press two triangles together to form the base for one bundle. Repeat to
make another "bottom" and two "tops".
- Spread one base with pizza sauce
and top with cheese and toppings. Be careful not to add *too* much, or it
won't seal or will take ages to cook.
- Cover the base with the "top"
and press all the edges together, sealing in the pizza goodness.
- Place on an cookie sheet and
lightly brush tops with butter.
- Bake uncovered in a 375°
oven for 15-18 minutes.
Note: I find you can use this to
make just about any kind of "bundle" - chicken and cream cheese,
ham and cheese, and so on. Just experiment! :-)
